American-Romanian Business Council Completes Tenth Annual Business Mission to Bucharest

The American-Romanian Business Council (AMRO) brought a delegation to Bucharest on March 15 and 16, 2023 for its 10th annual business mission. The delegation included 15 companies. The Council had the opportunity to meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Bogdan Aurescu, State Counsellor to the Prime Minister George Agafitei, and the President of the Chamber of Deputies Ion-Marcel Ciolacu. During the mission AMRO also hosted the Fifth Annual U.S.-Romania Defense and Cybersecurity Forum with the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Internal Affairs. Our delegation also attended receptions with the U.S. Embassy to Romania and the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
